Garage Door Off Track: the short answer
If your garage door has come off its track, stop using it immediately and unplug the opener. Forcing it bends the vertical track and can drop the door. Doors usually come off track because a roller failed, a cable snapped, the door hit an obstruction, or the track was struck. A technician can typically reset the door, repair the track and correct the root cause in one visit.

How we fix it
Safe reset, not a forced one
We clamp the door, relieve the load on the affected side and walk the rollers back into the track the correct way. The door never moves under power until the full lift system is checked.
Track repair or replacement
Lightly bent tracks can be trued back to square; kinked or crushed sections get replaced so rollers can't climb the rail again. We re-anchor loose track brackets to the framing, not just the drywall.
Find the root cause
Doors don't leave tracks at random. We check for a snapped cable, seized roller, an obstruction in the track path, and whether a vehicle bumped the track — including hidden frame damage you can't see from the driveway.
